BagassePackCo operates a modern production facility in China specializing in molded pulp tableware made from renewable sugarcane bagasse. As an integrated factory and export supplier, we control every stage from pulp molding to finished, food-contact-safe packaging.
Monthly Capacity
Our automated molding lines run around the clock, producing over 8 million pieces of compostable tableware per month — plates, bowls, clamshells, trays, cutlery and paper cups across hundreds of specs.

Quality Control
Every batch passes multi-point QC: raw pulp inspection, dimensional checks, leak & heat-resistance testing, food-contact safety validation and final visual inspection before packing. We support BPI, OK Compost HOME/INDUSTRIAL, FDA and LFGB compliance.
OEM & ODM
We offer custom size, color, print (brand logo) and private-label molding. Send us your artwork or sample and our engineers will deliver a production-optimized solution with low MOQ.
