What is your MOQ?
We are flexible. Trial orders are welcome, often as low as 1–2 cartons for small items, and we scale to cost-optimized bulk pricing for full containers (20GP / 40HQ). Final MOQ depends on product and spec.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Samples ship within 3–5 business days. We can produce pre-production samples of custom items for approval before mass production. Cost is deducted or refunded on confirmed orders.
What is your production lead time?
Standard production is 2–4 weeks depending on quantity and customization. Custom mold development adds time. We confirm exact lead time with your firm order.
Do you support custom printing / OEM / ODM?
Absolutely. Custom logo printing, custom sizes, custom molds, private-label packaging, barcode & QR support. Send artwork or a sample and our engineers will optimize for production with low MOQ.
What packaging do you offer?
Multiple options: bulk (carton/tray), retail-ready, and individually wrapped. We match packaging to your market and cost goals.
How do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide via sea (FOB/CIF/DDP), air and express. Our export team handles documentation and coordinates freight, customs clearance and door-to-door delivery.
Are your products certified?
Yes — BPI, OK Compost HOME & INDUSTRIAL, FDA, LFGB, DIN EN 13432, ISO 9001, BRCGS and BSCI, plus PFAS-free test reports. Certificates are available on request.
Do you offer PFAS-free and plastic-ban compliant products?
Yes. We provide PFAS/PFOA/PFOS-free products and documentation supporting plastic-ban compliance in the EU, US, UK and Australia.
Can you help with import compliance and documentation?
Yes. We provide full test reports and certification documents to help you clear customs and satisfy retail gatekeepers.
