The bagasse 5 compartment tray splits a plate-sized footprint into a large main well plus four side wells, which keeps mains, rice, vegetables and sauce separate from the first bite to the last. These trays are widely used as disposable food boxes with compartments or disposable plates with compartments in school canteens, institutional dining and penalty-friendly delivery kits.

Coating, Heat & Cold Performance
Every tray is finished with a food-grade, PFAS-free grease- and moisture-resistant coating. That barrier is what makes a bagasse meal tray viable for oily curries and gravies. The pulp body is microwave and oven safe to about 100°C and freezer safe, so trays move straight from freezer to microwave for meal-prep and ready-meal lines.
MOQ, Mixing & Container Loading
Standard MOQ is 10,000 pieces per size. True to our single-campus model, you can mix trays with clamshells, bowls, plates and cups in one container to hit a full 20ft or 40ft load and enjoy one freight cost. Trays nest flat, which makes them extremely compact to ship — a 20ft container can carry roughly 100,000+ compartment trays depending on blank size and carton design.
