Bagasse Food Containers for Hot Takeaway & Meal Prep
Our sugarcane bagasse containers are designed for real thermal abuse. The moulded pulp blanks are grease-coated, microwave and oven safe to about 100°C, and freezer rated down to -20°C, so you can fill, seal, refrigerate and reheat in the same vessel. That makes them a strong fit for hot delivery, ready-meal lines and freezer-to-microwave meal prep.

Bagasse Cups & Lids for Hot and Cold Drinks
Our bagasse cups are a solid, rigid alternative to fibre cups that need plastic sleeves or double-cupping with hot drinks. The moulded wall insulates better than thin plant-fibre single-wall cups and holds up to condiments, ice cream and hot coffee without buckling. We produce both bagasse cups and lids — PLA or fibre lids in matching sizes — so you source a closed loop from one supplier.

Hot-Proof Performance
The moulded fibre wall keeps exterior surface temperature lower and more comfortable to hold than thin cups, yet stays rigid through a hot drink. Combined with the grease-resistant coating, our sugarcane cup range holds oily toppings, melted ice cream and cream-based drinks without wicking or softening.
Mixed-Load, MOQ & Shipping
Standard MOQ is 10,000 pieces per size, and you can mix containers and cups across the whole bagasse range in one container — cups, lids, clamshells, trays, bowls and plates — with a single freight cost. Cups nest for efficient loading; a 20ft container holds roughly 300,000–500,000 fibre cups depending on size. We quote FOB Qingdao or CIF delivered to your port, plan the pallet configuration so you reach full container load, and confirm carton master and pallet counts in the proforma.
Certification & Customisation
We customise with printed or debossed branding on containers and cups, custom cartons, and lid colour matching. Compliance-wise we certify our pulp for industrial compostability (EN13432 / BPI) and can supply food-contact document packs for your destination market. If you need home-compostable claims we carry an OK Compost HOME line as well.
