What This Is
A 30-count moulded-pulp egg tray/carton — the old-and-good pulp cradle that cups each egg so they don’t knock on the farm-to-market trip. Moulded pulp is the classic because it cushions, breathes and disappears responsibly when the eggs are gone.
Why Pulp for Eggs
- Moulded cells absorb road and stacking shock better than a flat sheet.
- Breathable so condensation doesn’t sit on the shells.
- Renewable fibre, recyclable with paper, home-compost friendly in practice.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the MOQ for this product?
Mixed-container orders are the norm for this line. A trial quantity is possible, but the landed cost per unit climbs sharply on a part-load, so most buyers start with a small mix and then scale into a full container.
Can it be customised or printed?
Yes. Branding on this line goes on the outer packaging or an added sleeve rather than the product itself, and custom print needs artwork plus a tooling check. Send your logo and we will confirm what the mould can hold.
Is it suitable for hot, cold or greasy food?
It depends on the use. For hot, greasy or long-held food we will confirm the temperature and hold-time it is rated for; for cold or dry service it performs comfortably. Always test a sample against your actual menu before a container order.
What certifications apply?
The material is tested to the common compostability standards (for example ASTM D6400 / EN 13432, and OK Compost where applicable). We supply the current certificate for your specific lot on request instead of leaning on a website badge.
