A substantial 10-inch dinner plate built for generous mains, hot buffet lines and hearty catering portions, this heavy-duty bagasse plate takes hot, juicy food in stride. Multi-layer vacuum-molded sugarcane fiber is hot-pressed into a rigid body with a raised outer lip that keeps sauces and juices on the plate, and a flat underside that sits level on trays and tables. The fiber’s built-in oil-and-moisture barrier resists grease and condensation across a full meal service without a liner. It tolerates the microwave for reheating, the freezer for pre-plated catering and brief oven warming, with food-contact compliance under FDA 21 CFR and LFGB. Backed by OK compost HOME, BPI and ASTM D6400 certification, the plate is tree-free, plastic-free and PFAS-free. Available in natural beige or custom embossing, with trial-batch minimums before container-level quantities.
